on Languages will come to your company and create a Workplace English program
based on the terminology, documents, and people at your company.
We create your Training Course using the following five-step method.
- Determine
number of trainees involved.
- Determine
time and hours available for study on site (i.e. 2 lunch hours
per week for a period of 3 months).
- Determine
specific level of English communication you need your employees
to understand, speak and write.
- Using your
materials, create and administer a preliminary Level Assessment
test to evaluate employees' level of English communication.
- Based on
results of employees' Level Assessment tests, prepare Proposal
including time, study framework, estimated results, and cost
of program.
